1984. With over twenty years in the furnishings and design industry, Cari
has become one of this industries leading resources in recruitment. Cari
holds responsibility for client relationships, driving business development,
business strategy programs and search execution.
DEBORAH GERSHBEIN, Consultant Deborah has over twenty years experience
in senior management. Her expertise includes project management,
retail, business-to-business sales, marketing and general management.

FOSTER BECKER, Consultant Foster became a member of the Stern team
in 2005. Foster specializes in the recruitment of individuals in the coatings
and chemical markets. Foster gained his extensive knowledge of the coatings
industry from growing up in a second-generation coating manufacturing family. He
trained and learned formulating at some of the best labs in the country. Foster,
also, owned and ran a small facility that specialized in the manufacture of
